Example for a Case Study: Lynx Management
With regard to what you read about stakeholder identification and the lynx case study, you are asked to do two things in this sample task:
- Identify which of the following eight stakeholders are real stakeholders in the lynx management issue. Those who you think are stakeholders must be classified by their relative importance in the lynx management issue by classifying them as a primary or secondary/tertiary stakeholder according to the definition given earlier.
- For the real stakeholder only: Decide whether they are positively (benefited) or negatively (damaged) affected by the presence of lynx.
